If your family is like mine, teatime can be the craziest time.
Sometimes opportunities can be missed to spend time with your kids.
I take this time to spend it with my daughter as well as my sons.
This can be a fun time to teach them how to cook and keep them busy by getting them involved.
This recipe is perfect for them to help with as it’s quick, easy to make, has simple steps and is very, very tasty!
500g boneless chicken cubed
Half chopped capsicum
1 tbsp Oil
1 Can Creamy Chicken and Corn soup
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 cup of grated cheese
2 cups corn chips
Brown Chicken and diced onion in hot oil.
Add chopped capsicum.
Add soup and sour cream. Bring to the boil.
Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheese and corn chips.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Serve with Steamed veg or salad and rice.
